Know Your Foodshed is a series of classes where we will discuss our local agricultural landscape and hear from farmers, artisans, fellow chefs and nutrition educators on how our food choices create a secure food system. For each class, Ryanne will partner with a new member from our local food system and bring you specially crafted drinks and small bites to make the featured topic shine! Ask burning questions and learn about the process, distribution and preparation of the whole foods these masters of their field cultivate. These classes connect you with locavore food enthusiast and empower you with the knowledge to make more informed decisions about eating local.
