This class is intended for expecting moms or recently postpartum. It is ideal to attend 27-40 weeks gestation prior to childbirth so you are well prepared for your 4th trimester. However if you've recently given birth, you are welcome to attend and bring along your newborn. Also welcome are caretakers in the maternal health community that are seeking nutritional education for your clients or loved ones.
