It's going to be lots of fun with special guest Athena of Southernhealthyliving Come Happy Hour with us at The Learning Kitchen! Expect Margaritas, nachos, tacos, ceviche, amazing brands, and even some giveaways.

The Good Gut Class is a monthly offering that dives deep into exploring topics on gut health with rotating themes. For June’s Mexican Feast we will prepare foods free from dairy, gluten, and grains introducing locally fermented hot sauces and kicking off Happy Hour with gut healthy Margaritas! I’m overjoyed to partner with friend and colleague Athena, who is full of gut knowledge and also a diary-free, gluten and grain-free Mexican food lover!
